CHILDREN OF BODOM: Japanese Dates Announced

Finnish metallers CHILDREN OF BODOM will embark on a short tour of Japan in July. The dates are as follows:

July 05 - Tokyo, Japan - Studio Coast
July 06 - Tokyo, Japan - Studio Coast
July 07 - Nagoya, Japan - Diamond Hall
July 09 - Osaka, Japan - Namba Hatch
July 10 - Hiroshima, Japan - Club Quattro
July 11 - Fukuoka, Japan - Drum Logos

As previously reported, CHILDREN OF BODOM will be IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson's guests on Friday, March 28 during Bruce's weekly BBC 6 Music radio show, aptly named "The Bruce Dickinson Friday Rock Show". Listen to the program live via the Internet between 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. U.K. time at BBC.co.uk.

CHILDREN OF BODOM topped the single chart in the band's home country with its latest release, "Blooddrunk". The song's accompanying video was shot in the former Nazi barracks in Krampnitz in the vicinity of Berlin, Germany, where the Russian army was stationed before the German reunion.

CHILDREN OF BODOM's new album, "Blooddrunk", is scheduled for release in North America on April 15 via Spinefarm/Fontana International. The CD is due in Europe on April 7 via Spinefarm Records (two days later in Finland).
